411 VIRTUAL
TOURS
411, a downtown art gallery and studio space, had just installed a new show when the pandemic began. In response to shelter-in-place orders, Echo-Bravo helped our partners at the Columbus Area Arts Council design a virtual gallery experience that integrated images of the artwork in the gallery with audio of the artists talking about their practice and describing the work. Through research we discovered an affordable platform that allows the user to virtually “walk through” the gallery.
what we did:
-
Researched platforms
-
Documented gallery show
-
Worked with Arts Council and featured artists to tell the story of the show through text and audio
-
Incorporated virtual tour on CAAC’s website
-
